Yeah, sadly that's how it is now. But I think if they put in something like Josh suggested, it would be a lot easier to deal with people in the LFD Random Heroics. Right now, most people do guild runs because of how awful the people are in LFD. It's like, they implemented this great tool for finding groups, and now no one wants to use it because you almost always get a bad team from it.
