Hello, Sphi!
I have no problem letting your Bio count as it was written from the point of view of the person who discovered Sphi. Two things about your general description. Changing your appearance that dramatically would require Shapechange Once you have it you could change into almost anything. You also mentioned a regenerative quality. I just wanted to clarify that it's okay to do that (regenerate yourself/heal yourself) in a Personal RP (within reason), but you need the ability Regeneration to actually do it when it counts and form techniques off of it.
Other than that everything looks to be in order. I'll get you activated and set up with a roster/training page. You'll receive 5 XP for creating a new character as well. If you have any questions feel free to either post them here or PM me/or any of the staff members on the site.
