Jonathan Meer Wrote:Two investigators is pretty damn OP, especially in this stage of Chubbs where that role is beginning to get a sense of when they can declare themselves and when they cannot.
Mostly, Chubbs just needs to learn to play Mafioso (and I recognize this partly implicates me, as I've been Mafia all or nearly all of the games I've played). Just about all of my posts after Day Two were some degree of damage control (and, once it became painfully obvious that Vad, Whompt and Kami were all toast, making myself as free of suspicion as possible).
Mal, for all your bragging, I'd be very interested in hearing why you suspected me of being Morde prior to your investigation.
I guess I will say... it was a gut feeling first of all... John was the loudest and I felt Whompt was the second loudest on day one. Or for some reason they just stuck out to me. Call it Ironic or coincidental... I could look at things and I could come up with a rational explanation... But I read everything... its just how things felt to me...
However... Your first post was defensive in the utmost obvious fashion...
Quote:I AIN'T GONNA BE CALLIN SHIT FOR THIS GAME. You guys are gonna have to do your own meta-level scheming and shit. All that only gets me in trouble.
Unless you guys make me *facepalm*, in which case I might step up.
It was basically saying this: 'I'm not going to help you figure out who is who or who is what. if I say a whole lot it gets me in trouble."
I went for John.. then Whompt (Amumu saved me from that one) And then I had to decide to go after you.. Vad... Whompt(again)... Leo... Raf.... Lol the second day Meer, you posted once... and voted for Josh.. and if you looke at it..Josh made the best play for mafia trying to act like you werent one with his quoted comment... to bad I didnt care enough pay attention...Day 3... youonly posted once as well.. and for josh again... But still sometihng bugged me and As I thought bout it I just decided that.. and the irony/coincedence thing just made me ahve to pick you.
It was weird though... Ashe didn't reveal it l ike he revealed John... but as I read the PM. I almost screamed, "Mafia!" And as i debated to reveavl myself or not... I had to weigh who the ghost was... if we had a Doc/healer(they all said Soraka...) I assumed that maybe you guys had a reveal role also... Then maybe you guys figured who was the protector and changed them.. the next and obvious logic was Kaden... And as I pointed out.. I didn't know if using Destiny on him woulod reveal that he was Ghost or Warwick...
Day 4 You posted three times before I got intertnet and decided that you prolly ghosted Kaden and it was best to reveal your ass then and there. But to be honest..your defense sucked in my opinion once I ousted you...
I noticed that when you reveal yourself, or really or ready to convict someone... just from looking at the last game(only one I watched) people want a nice slew of detailed information. So I gave my Info in as much detail as I could( your first argument was I didnt make sense or I was grammatically incorrect). But in a game like this or in OOC post I type the way I type as I would prolly speak =D..
That being said, sitting there and saying that you picked someone and they'd die if you were targeted meant that, as I said, was pretty stupid. You could have randomly picked a doctor role and cost the game alot(had you been a towner)
Whompt wasn't smart either.. He actually admitted who he was... after I died.. and said that he was the reason I died and had a good logic... But if you think about it... Had Amumu not stopped me on Night two... I never would have been around...
I think Mafia had enough powers to hinder alot of even my powers... and that it was just luck that the cards fell the way they did... That and suspicion...
I still wanna see everyones role though>_>
