I wouldn't mind using some tie-in to Rose's story if you wanted her to be like, a modified clone or something? Or say that she was made from some detached part of Supes before he went on crazy fun Interdimensional Adventures, I dunno. If that's even allowed. If you do, just run it past me first.

For stat advice, I'm surprised everyone is ignoring strength, and thus the power of stretchy hand-to-hand. But I don't mind since that's Rose's niche =P.
