I'm fine with just 3, because you can really spend a lot longer than just a minute on some cases. Either reading the funny as hell chats or actually trying to figure out if the guy deserves a punish or not.

I had 2 punish and 1 pardon.

I got three punish.

Looked through a minimum of four games per person and didn't find the chats funny at all. The people I punished were clearly enjoying themselves and had absolutely no intention of playing the game whatsoever.

EDIT: The last one I got to was the best. Three consecutive games of ALL NINE other plays reporting him for intentional feeding. Most of them had comments about how he was also using incredibly offensive language (which he was). The fourth game I looked at he merely had six people report him. Pieces of shit like that just piss me off.
