Actually, he would. Its pretty much 1 - Dana, 2 - Max, 3/4 - Metal Bon Para / Pinky, 5 - Entirely open for debate. That doesn't mean "5 most hated", that means "5 most infamous" as in you could drop their name and everyone immediately knows to whom you are referring, likely starting a conversation.

There's one other that veterans would place on this list, but Billy is not well known enough outside of the absolute first year Chubbsians, but he's roughly equal to Dana as far as actual damage to the site (full hacking multiple times and we lost tons of information multiple times).
