Also, saying something like "this is a hard lane" or "this is a bad champion pairing for me" is not the same as asking for a gank or for help. People are not mind readers and just making a comment doesn't mean everyone else is going to know it means "hey, I need some help" instead of thinking its just random commentary on the game.
Can you sketch this out a bit more fully? When is it appropriate to ask for a gank, and when is it more appropriate to simply stick it out in a tough lane?
