I bought a Wii and liked RE4 and played Brawl for a couple weeks and then got massively, massively, MASSIVELY bored.
I put more time into MGS4 than I did into the entire Wii library when I owned it. And I've put more time into L4D2 than I did into MGS4.
It's apparently for some people, and that's cool. The way I see it, Nintendo found something that would appeal to the casual market, and made it cheap enough to qualify as a trendy purchasable for the middle-class. Kaching. Never mind that there is virtually no third-party support (of course, that's nothing new), and that the motion-sensor system is nowhere near sensitive and accurate enough to actually produce the sort of shit that got me all excited in the first place: legit sword fights, for example. I say boo.
But, millions and millions of sales can't be wrong. I'm just not at all their target.
