I loved that villian who raped children, though. Maybe it was because I was young when I read the book but it scared me, and like, made the book feel so much more.. real. I mean, if everybody has quirks it's good that a book does as well.

I think that guy was in the first book. The chick made him cut off his own balls and eat them though, I remember that. Power of love.

Demmin something. That guy was disturbing as fuck but the main guy used his love for boys as a way to control him while openly stating it. They were both well done characters and their interaction was disturbing but enjoyable to read about.
