To begin with, I stipulated that John Doe's blatant spam should not have been overlooked and have since warned him for it. That was an oversight on my part and I understand how you see that as being unfair.

As I said in the thread, you were warned for disregarding what you yourself agreed to fourteen days ago.

On a serious note, if all you're going to do is troll threads, then you're going to be banned from the Kame House.

It's fine if you don't want to participate in a conversation, or you want to joke around while making your points, but you were doing neither of those things, by your own admission.

The expectation when people post here is that they're willing to engage in an actual dialogue in a civil manner.

In addition to the post I quoted above, I sent you a PM expressing a similar sentiment. See below:

You're very next post in the Kame House was doing the same thing. I told you stop doing something. I wasn't aggressive or unprofessional. I didn't warn you or ban you from the Kame House or anything else. I simply said "don't do it again." You agreed. Then you decided you were going to do it again.

You could have turned your post into something constructive. Something that added to the conversation. You could have said "I don't see how making this a movie is an issue." What you posted was on the absolutely fringe of what I would call "civil discussion" and added absolutely nothing in-and-of itself.

If I had never told you not to make posts like that in the Kame House, I wouldn't have warned. I wouldn't even have said anything. That was not the case.

I understand that you feel slightly because John Doe was not initially warned and you're right. That was an oversight on my part and I have absolutely no intention of denying it. However, John Doe's actions have no impact on yours. The Kame House is a place for serious discussion, wherein threads are given the weight they were intended to have.

Meer brought to question the moral right of a screenwriter to take very serious and debatably tragic event and, potentially, make a mockery of it. You responded with "get over it." That kind of response is exactly why we have the Kame House at all. That kind of response is what the Asylum is for.

I'm sorry you feel like I'm abusing my power and picking on you. I, however, feel like I was very fair and very forgiving the last time an incident like this happened and that you are trying to abuse the goodwill that was shown to you.
