Now, it's generally accepted that it IS a problem. So the logical thing to do is to remove the problem. It's not some neverending, pointless cycle, it's an iterative process that's slowly improved the system. It's just taken way longer to get to this point than any of us would like.

We completely removed the problem. Literally. It was 100% gone. And an overwhelming majority of the members said they wanted it back. I was genuinely surprised.
