Power Differences Between Our Characters vs Old Characters

I guess it's because it's pretty similar to me. Our character's power compared to the old ones we used to play, kind of like a kitten going into a cage against a rabid dragon.

I think I can be content with that though. As for my question I'm just curious as to if an old custom who held the kind of power the canons we played did, would notice the drop/change IC?
