Not just that, but they buffed the duration of his Q's extra move speed by another second, giving him essentially one more tick to his damage from a spin. Yet said "We didn't want to buff his damage, just his utility". The problem is that by giving him a longer duration on his run speed, he can stick to you longer during a spin while his W buff keeps him alive long enough to do it, then one quick ult for the kill and he runs out to let his passive heal him back to full by the time anyone gets there.
Add to this that if he DOES nearly die, he can straight run away from everyone so fast that you'd think he's Udyr or Nidalee.
