Also, Magic Pen. Consider Sorc Shoes (if CC won't be much of a problem, though I'd expect merc would be the better choice 9 times out of 10)

Also consider Void Staff. If you're planning to build Void Staff, don't build Sorc Shoes (percentage-based magic pen is calculated after flat magic pen, so in general, if you're planning to have void staff, you're better off just using that alone).

'course, Abyssal Scepter is mr-reduction, which is better than magic pen, since it aids your teammates as well.
