Agreed. Cass is godlike in lane phase if you are good at landing hits but, as above, Annie is just easier to play and much better in teamfights.
Oh, another suggestify: Kennen. his damage is pretty weak early on, but he's loads of fun as I've mentioned before and amazing in teamfights, like, gg good if you get good at double stunning whole teams
