It's really cool when we spend more time setting this shit up than actually playing, meaning I have to go to bed before we actually get in-game.
Part of doing it with ten people. Just how it goes some times. You should try coordinating ten people (five of which are complete strangers) in a remotely competitive setting.
And also, c'mon, some people had to afk for real life shit. It's annoying, I agree, but you can't do anything about that and I definitely don't fault anyone for it.
