Seriously: I need some help with Photoshop. No I havent become a sig
maker, but I have to make something for a school project. The thing is im making some sort of a old picture ive put the picture into a frame. The problem is the frame is too big for such small picture. I need to shorten the left and right side, maybe even the upper and lower side a bit. How do I go bout doing that? I wish I could have shown you the picture, but its big and Photobucket doesnt except Photoshop images.
