How do you expect to get it early O_O

You have to get an incredible amount of last hits and get fed(Then again if you are getting fed you dont really need it as much lol)

Farm farm farm. When I'm playing an AD carry (fairly often) I consider a 17-minute Infinity Edge to be on-par. That's probably a little on the fast side, but that's what I shoot for.

Just save your gold for the BF Sword and only buy pots/wards until you can afford it. The only exception to this is usually if I get first blood. I'll usually port back and pick up a second Doran's blade or boots, depending on my lane.
