Simple. Watch a movie, then rate it out of 10. 1/10 would be Battlefield Earth. 10/10 would be equivalent-to-your-favorite-movie. Feel free to chat it up too; this isn't as structured as Rate the Song Above You.

Just watched HalloweenTown. It was hilariously bad. 2/10 for serious, but 7/10 for the unintentional lulz.
