If Im laning against 2 people.. I Start of with Dorans Sheild. If not(Or if I wind up 2v2)... THen its straight to Philo Stones Health Regen item. Then its a Toss up between boots and the armor for Glacial Shroud. Depends on how much I got when IM there on which I get. Once Boots and GC have been purchased I go straight for the Ionian boots. Thats 30% CDR... If I need any more I'll for the BLue buff lol

Possible Dorans Sheild
Philostone
Ionian Boots
Glacial Shroud


Now From here I go Force of Nature.... Then usually finish Frozen Heart. From there It's a toss up... It's usually time to bring in Sheen that will become Trinity Force, and look towards Sunfire Cape


So now you Have..

Philstone
Ionian boots
Force of Nature
Frozen Heart
Trinity
Sunfire

Now its time to get rid of Philo and look at Atmas or Banshees

Ionian boots and GC are completed what? maybe around 10-15 minute mark maybe earlier depending on if your jungler visits you thats 5-10 minutes left to really vamp out your Q?

And I say that because I've been in quite a few games where I have found myself hardly ever visited by the jungler... and the games that I do see my jungler... I've been so use not seeing ours come my way that my reaction time can be quite slow at noticing that my Jungler is there for a Gank lol
