I do usually go Merc or Tabi on Nasus, but I don't even decide on this until I have seen how the game goes. The primary reason I go Merc is if I feel I'm being kited. Occasionally, I'll take Cleanse to deal with that but usually I'm Teleport + Exhaust (This seems contradictory with Wither, but I like having the ability to absolutely shut down their carry OR to even use the combination on a problematic bruiser to let me get even more Q dmg through. Its extremely are to get away from me with both up.) Sometimes Flash, sometimes Ghost. Almost always TP in that combination though.

Since I tend to wait till later in the game to get boots, I don't tend to get CDR boots, because my playstyle prefers I just rush Sheen to ensure that my Q's actually kill the mob more than just take it to 10 hp for a mob to steal. Since I'm farming the lane for a while, I don't really need the extra speed. I will go CDR boots if I feel, however, that I'm being left completely alone with no harassment and thus have no need for the extra immediate survival from other boots.

After Sheen, I tend to take a Force of Nature + Sunfire Cape combo, finishing Triforce as well and then after that, maybe GA, depending on the context of the situation.
