Even on low settings, is Skyrim still worth it to have on PC?

I'm playing on relatively low settings and the game is still gorgeous and so much fun that I don't care that textures aren't super-high res.

Really, the deciding factor is whether or not you'll invest time into finding and using mods. If you're not going to do that, then there's absolutely no difference between the version and it really doesn't matter.

If your Unrelenting Force has no cooldown, then that's a significant bug. It's supposed to have a 15 second cooldown.
