As it stands, if Jax dodges something, he can immediately throw out an AoE stun. Under the new description, his stun is delayed. This makes it essentially useless for negating a channeled ability (unless the period-of-dodge is EXTREMELY short, like, one second. Even then, many channeled abilities will be practically uninterruptible by the new stun-skill, once latency and reaction times are figured in). People can escape Jax during that time, and if the activation of that skill is at all obvious (which I imagine it will be one way or another), they'll attempt to do that very thing, and come back into the fight once it's all k. Jax's jump will help with that, but it's still worth noting.
