Person who drives 20 miles slower than the speed limit just because it's drizzling and then rides the brakes, I hate you.

I understand the concept of safety and accident prevention but if the rainfall is so minute that a puddle has yet to form you might as well hop on a damn bus and help out the ozone layer. Your wasting gas, you're taking up space and your wasting my time. I hope your tire flattens and a bear attacks you 30 yards before reaching the nearest gas station after carrying the flat with you because you never bothered to replace your spare back in 2008 in an effort to save money to buy a Michael Bolton cd instead.
