EDIT: Also the only reason you ever R up close and then Q to harass is because A) They've just used some of their abilities trying to harass you or to kill minions so you can just walk away B) You have your e up and have better speed than them, so if they are already backing up you can just slow and then walk away or C) you're not actually harassing, but killing them.

Simply untrue. You R in whenever you have a full combo up and are looking to do damage in a team fight or try to pick up a kill (Not specific to 1v1 or team fights). Whenever you pop in, you become public enemy #1, so it basically means unless Kass has a flash he's going to get stun locked and focused the second he R's in. GG. I still don't understand the hype, Kass sucks lol.
