I would have no complaint if they removed All Chat from all games other than Custom. The feature (As far as the community has taken it) serves no constructive purpose. The opposing team really doesn't care what you have to say and if you spend time chatting in /all, or even the fact that your teammates are chatting there or seeing what the other team is saying, you'll get distracted and lose focus.
Given that I just posted a video citing this, I guess that's my way of saying I completely agree. I would just begin all games as "/mute all" or "/mute enemy" but it blocks them post game and drops friends as well. Supposedly one (/mute or /ignore) doesn't completely block someone, but I haven't consistently seen one work to the desired effect yet. So far, its come off all or nothing.
