If two townspeople die, then yeah, mafia wins. That means that Keiko (assuming she gets lynched) needs to be a townsperson, the Doctor needs to miss his protection, and the Vigilante has to either not use his power or hit a mafia with it.
So if you don't like lynching Keiko, what makes sense as a next course of action?
