Well, regardless of the way we manage 'this is serious/fun game' decisions or whatever, I think people need to be wayyyyy less agressive with how they call people out on things. Especially in-game.
The last thing I want to hear when I am playing with people is two people bitching at each other for 3 min about something that happened, instead of concentrating on the game and worrying about the alleged fuckup later. It distracts the other 3 people in the game, fills up mumble so no-one else can talk, and the two of you just end up getting pissed off and tilting. It's bloody annoying.
And just being rude and agressive in the way you try and critique someone's play is likewise the dumbest way to go about it.
