I did synthesis because it was the most cliche, and that was my character: he did paragon and renegade acts not because it was good or bad, but whatever was most predictable like in an action movie. "I'm saving da galaxy - now join me or I'll shoot you."

I also saved the Geth over Quarians this time, and I didn't want to undo that choice by destroying all sythetics. Next playthrough my Shep will be a at-all-cost pro-humanist to rival the Illusive Man and I will destroy them all.
