So I'm the Assistant to the Director of Operations (that's kind of what I've been for a long time now, but it's like FERREAL now). Doing interviews, hiring/firing people, managing several sites, doing site inspections, blah blah blah. I'm getting a salary of 2k/month (about the equivalent of 12.50/hr if I was working a 40 hour week. I'm working MORE than that now. I will work WAY LESS than that when I'm done with this fucking place).
So, if nothing else, that's kinda cool. But also WAT.
