Solutions to problems, especially problems that seem to hurt you so much, are things you have to actually want. Until you come to that decision, I hope things try to work themselves out as best as they are able within the range you are expecting.
EDIT: I'm also well aware that you will likely disagree and we will find ourselves at an impasse, but I do feel that, ignoring anyone's opinion on actions outside of this circumstance, the above posts from all were in an effort to help you because of someone wanting to take a moment of their time to assist you with something that pains you.
That post was more or less an unrestrained response. I was not being held back by mental barriers, because my temper was leaking through. I was angry because I had fallen in the shower earlier that day and smashed my tail bone. The same place I had surgery on. That and I had a mild form of food poisoning last night. I was in a lot of pain.
@Ashe: My entire problem is effort. You're exactly correct. It's unfair for me to expect any different, but my lack of effort is directly related to my apathy for life that I've grown to accept to keep myself from being hurt. So far it's worked most of the time. I read my response from last night and I can honestly say...
Wow.
I digress this conversation. Go back to liking and hating things. This is the last you'll hear of this. I promise.
Hate: Eating the paper on a mini cupcake because you didn't realize it was wrapped.
Hate: Eating what you thought was okay peta bread only to find out that it DID have mold on it.

Fighting to the bitter end is an advantage when your opponent does not wish to perish.
