[LoM-3] League of Mafia 3 Information

PMs are about to be sent out, but the game does not begin until the stated time. I may unlock the thread early to allow people to post and begin, but that will simply mean an extended Day Phase and have no effect on the concluding time. My intentions are to conclude every Phase at 3am EST (12am PST) each day. If I am unable to be there at this time to update, the game will still be considered to have concluded at that point.

This means that "unvotes" and other game playing posts that happen after time (3:00am EST and after) will not be accepted, nor will PMs made at that point be accepted. Last game we had an unvote happen shortly after the round was supposed to conclude and it had a strong effect, all due to me not locking the thread immediately. Now everyone knows what is expected and what will happen.
