Post-Apocalyptic would be super. Could appease those who want to be powerful guys with radiation mutants, psychics, and tech-infused cyborgs. It'd have a bad-ass survival aspect, pretty much forcing people to work together to even exist. And it'd be easy to keep people in relatively the same place, at the very least on the same planet. Do it Fallout style.
