How Dystopian Are We Going?

I don't know, I don't see why the universe can't have a waking world even if it's in the 'very Dystopian'-stage. I'm assuming that the people still need to eat and do errands. It would make sense that the poor(er) people would only be able to log into the Net via net cafes/rental places too, so maybe the other part of their life would be scrapping enough cash together to get online in order to improve themselves for a better life. I also think there's still room for activists, they'll just be fewer and probably considered much like the Amish.
