I say leave cooldown in. the whole point of cooldown, as I see it, and Burter can correct me on this, is to make people more strategic with it and not always bust it out, and give those with lesser powerups or no powerups more of a chance.

I mean, I guess we can all just sit around and not move then, because there is no strategical value at all to moving anyone after this point if that ends up being the case. You will gain absolutely nothing more than wounds even if you go in as "I refuse to power up even if someone jumps me"
