That's what I'm thinking.
If Group A fails to blow up Crossbones base, and they end up launching that nuke warhead, then it becomes an obstacle for Group B to overcome. Or something. That's just on a trivial level, but I just wanted to give an example.
And when I say groups, I mean that something like 20 on 1 doesnt sound practical. Parties of like 3-5 characters faced with respective problems and developing their own storyline sounds cool.
