Are you kidding me? Back in Black? Slash? Pink Floyd? Eddie Van Halen revolutionizing the guitar? KISS? Vai? Stevie Ray Vaughn? Springsteen? Ozzy discovering Zappa, Rhoads, and Wylde?

80s rawked... you guys are probably talking about how glam/crappy metal overpowered the good music of the era. And it was the beginning of MTV, so yeah, I see you guys point.

*I agree, they missed a lot of good 80s songs. Mainly because they put the good shit in the other two already. You've Got Another Thing Comin' and Sweet Child of Mine being exhibit A and B.
