Just making sure you understand a couple of things about techniques. An attack (I'll use Kamehameha as an example) is only as strong as the person using it (this is simplified for the sake of conversation); so saying something like "this is wexactly the same as a Kamehameha, but a bit stronger" doesn't really mean anything. If your max ki is one million, and you're fighting someone who's max ki is ten million, they can make a kamehameha stronger than anything you do simply by putting more energy into it.
Secondly, your Vortex attack will have limitations on how powerful it is, regardless of what the description says. If the attack hits someone that's ten times stronger than you are the chances of it killing them are slim to none. It may hurt, sure, but that's a far cry from killing everything in its path.
