What he was saying that somebody could use a maneuvar that would block the attack, like myself, I am somewhat his powerlevel, and if I used my Ki Barrier and pumped alot into it, I would probably be ale to get off without damage from the attack, but I would have used all of the ki I gathered, I wouldn't be feel drained, though, because I'm an android. Androids do not become tired(nifty perk), and wtf? His attack would hit may barrier of ki that is an orb around my, and explode there. My barrier is only suspended as long as I supply ki into it, but it requires more ki for when dfending against more high-powered attacks. So, since Nail and I are about the same powerlevel, I would be able to supply enough ki into it long enough. On the othe rhand, if Rad were to use like a kamehameha with alot of pwer, my barrier would give out after a few seconds, since it would take alot of power to withstand that attack. I know there are inconsistencies since I am an android, but I just try to work around those.
