A border would do it nicely, maybe an orange with a hint of red? The pic looks a little... grainy. Some people may like that, but I don't feel that the look goes with backfround. The font seems a little but too large, but I feel it goes with the rest of the sig. I think it owuld be better if you had the font and the pic switch sides, but have the font an inch in, maybe. Just my opinion.

EDITEDIT: He's right, the hat still loks cut off too much, maybe a 4 pixel border? I'm not sure.
