Listening to and respecting the staff (and other members) goes a long way here as well.
I'm not saying be an asskisser, but don't yell at us for doing our job. We put our time into the RPG to make it run and people getting angry with us does not really make us think we need to continue our job. I know it's a thankless job often times, but we really are here to make it all run smoothly.
