It orignally came from 1337 speaking. Made somewhere over in Europe so nobody would understand. Google it.
The 1337 was used for hackers so nobody knew what they were doing and then it spread over the internet. It uses letters and numbers and signs to speak 1337 and along the way people made types like teh instead of the and that's how teh came in. Kind of lame. What Frieza just said is,
"You suck" Basically. It really says "Recoome is the sucker" I would have put it like this though:
