For me, none of it really flows. The pic on the right just doesn't seem like a good choice at all, but the pic on the left would not be very wise by itself. The background does not really fir the font, nor the pictures. The font is good, though it does not work with the rest. Aside form teh pics, things are pretty good by themselves--font, or the background--but when put togther. . .eh.
