We don't get out full liscense in Missiouri until 18 because Congress sucks and laws suck....the world sucks...;_;
But if I'm lucky, my brother will take me to Germany with him to meet his host family from when he was a foreign exchange student, there I can drink. Because there is no drinking age, you just have to be able to reach over the counter. So therefore....wait, no, I still suck ;_;
