After bring back Cell from the dead 18 decided to just put some things behind her. She flew high in the sky with her eyes on the ground and wondered where the sign up would be for the upcoming event. After scanning the ground for some time she finally felt different ki signatures radiating from not far off. She angled toward it and a city came into view, it was probably where she wanted to be. Carefully she lowered toward the ground and landed lightly on her feet, she walked toward the city and searched for the sign ups. She would find it; her ki sense led her easily.

She knew this would be big. Who would be there? No doubt the strong fighters she had met in the past would show their faces. Raditzu had already signed up; at least she hoped he had. Maybe she would meet new warriors, make good allies here. There were also those that would become enemies, new enemies for her to deal with. She sighed as she finally found the place; there were a lot of figures waiting to sign up. Did she really want to do this? She knew either way she had to do it, what else could she do? Finally she reached the front and looked down at the papers. Various signatures were placed on them, some she could not read. Most likely there were similar places like this on the other planets. She grabbed a pen and quickly jotted her name down in her neat perfect fashion. Once she signed up she decided to head straight to where everyone else seemed to be going, most likely the long haired Saiya-Jin was already there.
