Flying through the sky Selipa?s scouter directed her to the right direction where she found a group of people all standing together. On a closer inspection the Saiya-jin saw a table where all males and females signed upon a paper. Being curious as to what the purpose of this event was the short black haired girl walked over to a foreigner.

?By any possibility do you know what is going on.? Asked the Saiya-jin girl.

Turning around to view the girl a voice spoke ?This is the registration area for the most famous tournament in the universe.?

?Universe, what do you mean?? asked the puzzled Saiya-jin and after a moment of talking about what was going on Selipa knew that she wanted in, yet however she really didn?t know what she was getting herself into.

Walking up to the table, the young girl registered.
