"Thats takes care of one," Burter said in relief. He had been on the losing end of that fight and now needed to recuperate before going back into battle. Recoome however was still in the fight, and wasted no time going at the reptile with full force, fists flying at the body of Burter. Burter forced his hands up and blocked everything he could that came out at him, though he had no chance to recover and go offensive. Instead, the reptile lept into the air to try and avoid the monster human.
"Come back here!" Recoome yelled with a frustrated tone. He pushed off the ground with one hand back for a punch when he reached Burter. The reptile instead of surprised Recoome by kicking him across the jaw, sending him sprawling to the side. With a moment to revive his ki, he arches his back and focused on bringing out more of his Kaioken energy. He started to rise higher, from x15...to x20...higher...higher...
Recoome looked up from the place he landed, to see Burter with his hands outstretched to the sides. Small ki energy was forming on each hand, growing bigger and bigger, the color glowing from bright yellow to a deep crimson red. He looked down at Recoome and winked.
The huge human left from his landing spot, going straight at the reptile with all his speed. Burter, who saw this coming, immediately slammed both hands together and blasted the two ki bombs together. "FINAL FLASHHHH!" He screamed, pushing forward to give the blast momemtum. Recoome screamed in pain as he realized the blast had been a trick, and the light swallowed him.
When the smoke evantually cleared, Recoome stood as expected. Burter smiled down at the fighter. He never expected it to work quite yet...but now he had the advantage.
