Burter dropped to the ground, tired and beaten. He hadn't expected the warrior to put up such a strong fight, but nevertheless, he had done a good deal of damage. Burter had won the fight, but the cost was a near fatal one. He sat there, breathing deep, waiting for someone, anyone, to help him. He never expected someone would actually come, but he was hopeful. Hoping was all he could do right now.
16 landed next to him after about five minutes of watching Burter rest. He wanted to time it right to where Burter would be able to move a bit, rather then having to carry the reptile the whole way. Burter looked up at the Android, and then saw another figure land. "16...Uub..." Burter said, smiling, and then plopped back to the ground. "Ugh..."
"You too?" Came a female voice. Burter looked up again in surprise and saw the young saiyan girl. She was powered down now, laying in Uub's arms like a tiny child. Burter didn't question what happened, but he assumed she just finished her fight as well. Grunting, 16 lifted him up and propped him on his feet. With his arm slung about the broad metallic shoulders, 16 lifted up into the air, followed by Uub.
When they reached the hillside, Paragus jumped into the air after them, apparantly serving as a last means of support. Burter winked at Bra as they flew towards the bunker, to show he was proud of her. They had been both succeeded. They were both still alive.
"Look Ms. Bulma, look!" Goten cried out, pointing out the window. "Lookie! Here comes your friends!"
The five landed and reunited in the bunker. Bra and Burter sat quietly as the others talked. No one was in this bunker, surprisingly, but no one minded. The twosome of Bra and Burter were sitting the 'recuperation chairs' where they could be healed, and get stocked up on the stasis grenades and senzu beans.
