Area C: Day Two

Dr. Gero merely chuckled at the echoing voice that came seemingly from everywhere. He opened his mouth and began to speak.

"Two problems with that. One, you just said doom twice, so now I'm thinking you are really stupid. Two, this isn't my doom, you just doomed yourself by messing with me. And believe me, this is NOT a good time to be pissing me off."

""IMPUDENT FOOL! I SHALL SLAUGHTER YOU AND LEAVE YOUR ROTTING CARCASS IN THIS DEAD FOREST FOR ALL ETERNITY!"

The android chuckled. Seemed he touched a bit of a nerve on that one. He pressed a button on the side of his scouter, and looked around, searching for the trace of Ashara's power level. For a few moments, nothing, then...

power level analyzed: 1,012,565

The doctor grinned. This one was actually weaker than him for a change. But he couldn't let himself get cocky, after all... Krillen was 20 times stronger than that saiyan, and he still died...

20 returned from his thoughts and raised an open palm to where his scouter detected Ashara's power signature. Firing one quick shot caused the being to jump out of concealment.

She was a strange creature, and by the looks of it, a forest demon. She had a putrid brownish-green hue to her, and it seemed that two antlers were sprouting from her forehead. Her eyes glowed green as well. Long brown gnarly hair rolled from the back of her hair, resembling that of roots. Her hands were also very unique. It appeared she had the ability of body size control, due to the fact that her arms were extended into the ground, and were obviously the vines that were tied around him now. Yep, she was definitley a forest demon.

"So, your little scouter there found me. Hooray for you. But guess what, you are still trapped, and I can still crush you like a little bug."

"Oh now can you? And did you just say trapped? Hardly." Gero said confidenlty.

The android gazed down at the roots, unmoving, seeming dumbstuck, but his purpose quickly became clear. Two thin beams of energy shot out of his eyes and burned the roots off of him. The forest demon recoiled in pain, her hands unearthing themselves, and retreating back to her, reforming to normal size. She rubbed her hands vigorously, where two bright red burns had appeared.

"Grr... You will pay for that. Now I'm mad. I'll make sure your death is a slow and painful one."

But the android was already flying towards her full speed, arm cocked back, ready to unload. His fist slammed into the side of face, sending the demon spiraling backwards, crashing into a dead tree.

"You're all talk. Just shut up and fight." 20 muttered, flying in for another attack.

But, Ashara shot her arms out, and threw the android backwards, into the ground. Still holding onto the mechanoid's shoulders, the demon flipped him the other direction, slamming him down into the ground again. She would have continued this assault had Gero not grabbed her arms, and spun her around like a dead weight. She slammed into tree after tree, until the android let go, and she hurtled off into the distance.

But before she hit the ground, her sea-green aura erupted around her and she flew in low, and slammed an uppercut into the chin of the android, who was knocked up and backwards. He caught himself with his hands, and backflipped back onto his feet.

"So it seems you've finally decided to fight." Gero stated, cracking his neck twice, and then sinking into a fighting stance. His white aura exploded around him.

Ashara also assumed her unorthodox fighting stance, her aura still flowing freely about her. And then, they shot at each other. 20 threw a sidearm punch, which was met by a blocking forearm. Ashara attempted a spinning kick, but that was stopped by a metallic shin. Both fighters threw multiple attacks, each being met with a block, until finally, someone got a punch in. Ashara was blown backwards by the punch in the gut, and the android followed after her. Taking advantage of her weakness at the time, he landed multiple punches into her stomach, each blow causing a spray of spit to fly from her mouth as she was knocked left and right. But after about 50 or so hits, she grabbed the android's fist, and then headbutted him. As he flew backwards, Ashara launched her arms out, grabbed him, and pulled him in again, to be met by another headbutt. His head reeling from the blow, the android did the only thing he could think of. As she pulled him in again, he held his elbow out towards the demon, which slammed into her forehead with concussive force. The demon was forced to drop the android, and stepped backwards, holding her head.

Both warriors stood still with alarming calmness. But this brawl was far from over. Each had merely thrown the opening attacks, and the real battle was to begin soon.
