"AAAH! TAKE THIS YOU OLD MAN!" Ashara yelled, breaking the silence.
The forest demon created two green energy blasts in her two palms and slammed both of her wrists together, creating an even larger ball of energy.
"MEGA BALL BLAST!" Ashara screamed, as the gigantic ball of ki fired at the android. Warnings shot across Gero's scanner, stating that the energy attack was immensely powerful, and he should run. He did what the scouter said. The android lunged out of the way at the last second, as the enormous explosion rocked the ground behind him, throwing up debris everywhere. He landed swiftly and silently behind Ashara.
"Foolish old creature. He should have known not to make Ashara mad. Now he has paid the price." the demon muttered, and turned around.
But when she turned around, she was met with a most shocking discovery. Standing directly behind her was Android 20, palm outwards and facing her head. A bright blue energy ball glowed in his palm.
"Powerful attack, but it's just too slow to ever hit someone. I hope this will teach you that lesson." scolded Gero. He bulged his arm muscles, and the ball slammed into the demon's face, blasting her backwards and causing her to slam into a tree. Her screams could be heard through the smoke that concealed her face. But, eventually the smoke cleared, and her face could be seen, still normal looking, except for the fact that her nose had been forced inward a bit.
That made Ashara mad, and Gero liked it. She came at him with a flurry of punches and kicks, several of which he could not predict, and slammed with concussive force into him. Now he was the one in trouble. Her endless fury of attacks kept on until she paused and charged up two energy balls in her hands again. But, instead of creating the Mega Ball again, she merely shot them at the android, each of them flying in at high speeds. The hit home in the gut of the mechanoid, the blasts finally pushing through to the back of the android, and bursting out the other side. His internal circuitry could be seen as random sparks shot out of him.
The android grimaced in pain, looking down at his exposed wiring. He felt almost naked in a sense. Without pausing for words, he disappeared, reappearing above the forest demon, and slamming the bottom of his foot into the top of her head, driving her down into the ground like a nail. But Ashara broke free of the ground and came out fighting, and a high speed fist brawl began. Punch after punch after punch being met by a block. The number of attacks was endless. They went on in their battling frenzy through the forest, and out into the daylight of the grassy areas of Area C. But eventually, the android's speed proved greater than Ashara could take, and he broke through her defense. He uppercutted her in the chin, and followed up with a swift jab to her stomach, causing her to double over, holding her abdomen. This left her back exposed, and he violently elbowed her in the spine, hearing a resounding *snap* as his elbow drove in. She was knocked to the ground, where she lay still for a moment, her arms lying under her.
Android 20 walked over calmly and awaited for Ashara to rise. Then, it hit him. Her hands shot out of the ground, and began to pummel him mercilessly. He couldn't fight back, because there was no body to hit, so all he could do was put up the best defense he could, and try to get out of the range of her arms. His internal computer warned him that if he continued to take such a beating, he would risking damaging his wrists from blocking the whole time. Something had to be done. Then it hit him, the old cartoon gag.
He shot off into the sky, watching Ashara's arms chase after him.
"Good." Gero thought, and flew faster.
He doubled back, and flew beneath the rest of her arms, her hands following him. After a series of twists and turns, the sight that lay before him was a cliche come to life. Her hands were tied in a knot, unable to move. The android near laughed himself to death. But then, she did something that bewildered the android. She retreated her arms into the earth, and then her body rose, suprising, considering he had thought he broke her spine. Her arms returned to normal size, and amazingly enough, they were unknotted. He didn't stop to wonder why, nor did he have time to, because Ashara shot at him like an angry bull, her antlers angled towards him, as she attempted to impale him. He quickly dodged out of the way, and then unleashed his most powerful energy attack, the Renzouku Energy Dan, on the airborne forest demon. Hundreds of bright blue energy blasts slammed into her, causing an explosion that steadily increased in size as more and more blasts connected. Not wanting a repeat of the King Cold fight, Gero threw as many attacks as he could muster into the blinding fury of attacks which he unleashed. Eventually, he stopped and lowered his hands to his sides. This had been a disappointing fight in his mind, considering that she had only managed to hurt him a little.
But from out of the smoke and dust appeared a figure. And that figure was none other than Ashara, still alive, but seemingly badly hurt and breathing hard. This looked like the battle could possibly be nearing a close, but only time would tell, as Ashara flew in to begin her assault.
